Community classes have been the heart and soul of Body Electric from the beginning. However, I also have experience teaching in a variety of settings for both smaller groups and large events. I have had the fortune of leading a range of formats and switch hats to teach children, adults and seniors.

Group Exercise To Music

Group exercise classes offer a space to work out alongside others, increasing commoraderie and commitment.

Dancemix, Balance, Pound.

Small Group Training

Small group sessions provide a more personalised exercise plan, with the benefit of the support from others.

Body weight exercises, hand weights, conditioning, interval training, circuits.

Special Event

One off events, such as kid camps, children's parties, hen do's, charity classes. Special events are bespoke to the needs of the event - delivering a professional yet personalised experience.

Disco lights, music and props provided.

Child Dance and Exercise

After school clubs, workshops and classes developed especially for children, incorporating imagination, teamwork, physical technique and expressing emotions.

Pop dance, ballet, tap, jazz. Drumming exercise.

Currently only available for one off parties / workshops.
