Hi - I'm Bethan - founder of Body Electric Fitness and Wellbeing. est. 2010.
Qualified fitness instructor and dance teacher. Based in North East, UK.

Body Electric began with a kids dance club in Morpeth - allowing the younger generation to enjoy movement for expression & fun rather than just sport & exercise.
Community classes for adults evolved over the years - providing a safe space to discover a joy for movement at any age.

I have had the pleasure of leading instructor training days for 'Poundfit' around Europe and presented at fitness events across UK.

From kids parties, to care homes. I believe every body should feel the power of music and movement!
