Bums, Legs and Tums (BLT)Mondays @ 7:15pmThis class targets a reduction in overall body fat levels combined with strengthening and toning of hips, thighs, bottoms and tummys. Resistance bands and weights are used to help tone and define arms and legs. The class welcomes all ages and abilities, providing the opportunity to work at your own level. Choreography is aimed at the novice but will challenge the experienced exercisers with the addition of twists, turns and jumps. This class is fun and dynamic, with movitating music from the 60's through to current charts.
